There are not admins in every game. 60 seconds is plenty long enough, maybe you took to long to pick teams. :p

PS: all you gotta do is move 5 feet once a minute, not that hard. I'm sure you'll figure it out.

sorry sir, that is impossible. The bot tracks IP's and anyone not supposed to be in the server is kicked.

Not impossible, someone did .join ringer in his place when he was out of the server.

exactly, they didn't "just get the info" cause if you are not on the list, the bot kicks you

This may be a bit off topic, but my friend has an issue with timing out while joining the server.
He has a slow pc and times out before he can load the map.
Normally /sv_timeout 180 or higher helps
Can you increase the timeout on the server to allow people with outdated computers to play as well?
He's a good player but hasn't updated his computer since this is the only game he plays and it still (sort-of) runs.

Please let me know if you would be able to accommodate him and others facing this issue.

Thanks!

"You should not be playing on PUGBOT if your network or computer is unreliable. PUGBOT is a public service, and as such, you are obligated to ensure your use of PUGBOT does not interfere with the ability to others to enjoy the same services."

180 seconds is ridiculous. I played UrT on an 800 mhz Duron with 64mb of RAM, and even then maps loaded within 20-30 seconds. Even Toxic would only take ~40-50 seconds.

A high timeout would mean AFKs sit uselessly for longer periods before being kicked. If you want to ensure you do not get kicked, you should have UrT loaded (at the menu) before the PUG starts. Simply loading the game often takes longer than the maps themselves. If you're taking too long to actually load the map, make sure you have useless programs closed. IRC should remain open during the PUG, but programs such as file sharing clients, web browsers, and IM clients are not necessary to play a PUG.

I just want to point out that the $20 PC (raspberry pi) should be able to run urt at 30 fps and load in less than 180 sec. If a $20 PC can load faster than your computer, then it's time to upgrade.
You are not special.

I think I understand what you are saying, but why not use an #alarm that counts iterations and disables itself after a certain length of time?
